Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, or make changes to the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please be aware that due to our speedy order processing, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or updates after this timeframe.

 

Can I change my address?

Please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes before processing. Please understand that while we strive to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee changes once the process begins.

Once the order is shipped, address changes are beyond our control.

 

I placed an order but didn’t receive an order confirmation.

It could be that you’ve entered an incorrect email address. Please contact our customer support team at hello@wearever.com.au to advise them. Make sure to include your full name and the date the order was placed.

 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia with a delivery time of approximately 5 - 7 days after dispatch. Please ensure you check your Australia Post tracking number provided with your confirmation of dispatch, to check status of its journey! Please note that deliveries to certain remote locations within Australia may take a few extra days.

Minor delays may occur during public holidays, weekends, sale periods, and unforeseen shipping disruptions that are outside of our control.

 

What if I received an incorrect order or a faulty item?

If you think you've received an incorrect order or faulty items, please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@wearever.com.au with your order number, and we'll promptly address the issue!

 

Why is your jewellery waterproof?

Our jewellery's Gold PVD coating ensures complete waterproofing, allowing you to confidently wear it in the shower, at the gym, or on the beach without the stress of losing its colour!

 

Is your jewellery ok for sensitive skin?

EVER’s jewellery is hypoallergenic and free of lead and nickel, making them suitable for those with allergies or sensitive skin.

 

Does my product/s come with a warranty?

EVER pieces have a six month warranty on any manufacturing fault but do not cover general wear and tear, loss or stolen goods, damage or accidental breakage. For it to be valid, proof of purchase is required. Please contact our Customer Service team at hello@wearever.com.au if you have any questions.

 

Can I order my necklace in a different length?

Our necklaces feature a 5cm extension chain, giving you the option of additional length if you wish to wear your necklace longer.

 

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

Unfortunately, our promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, and only one discount can be applied per order.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes we do! Shipping method options for standard and express shipping are to be selected at checkout.
