SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. We offer both standard and express shipping options.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally.

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders are packed and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia within 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery: 5 – 7 business days (Aust wide)

Express delivery: 1 – 3 business days (Aust wide)

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods and in regional areas.

 

How quickly are orders dispatched?

1 -2 business days.

 

ORDERS & CHANGES

Can I update my shipping address?

Please contact us within 3 hours of ordering if you need to update your delivery address. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

 

I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your junk or spam folder.

If it’s not there, email hello@wearever.com.au with your full name and order date, and we’ll resend your confirmation.

 

Do your pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. All EVER jewellery pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Please keep your proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

 

PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS

Can I combine discount codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order, but we promise, it’ll be a good one.

 

Can I use a discount code when I pay with a gift card?

A gift card works like a payment method, so you can’t apply a discount code on the same full-price purchase. The gift card will be applied first. If any balance remains, you can use a discount code on the portion that isn’t covered.

 

SIZING & FIT

I don't know my ring size. How do I find it?

The easiest way is to measure a ring you already own that fits the same finger. Simply measure the inside diameter in millimetres and compare it to our size guide here.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I get a necklace in a different length?

Our necklaces include a 5cm extension chain, allowing you to adjust the length and style your piece your way.

Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. EVER jewellery is hypoallergenic and free from nickel and lead, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

Our pieces are designed for all-day, everyday wear without irritation.

 

WEAR & TEAR

Is your jewellery waterproof?

Yes. EVER jewellery is waterproof, sweat-proof, and designed for everyday wear.

Our gold pieces feature a durable Gold PVD coating, allowing you to shower, swim, exercise, and live in your jewellery without worrying about colour fading or tarnishing.

 

How do I care for my jewellery?

EVER jewellery requires minimal care. Designed for daily wear, it can handle water and sweat, but do rinse it after heavy chlorinated water exposure.

 

What if I received the wrong or faulty item?

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it quickly.
