EVER Jewellery Warranty
We stand by the quality of every EVER piece because jewellery made to move, should last.
All EVER pieces comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty, covering any faults related to the production process. This includes:
~ Faulty clasps or chain closures
~ Snapped earring posts (not caused by bending or wear)
~ Loose or missing stones due to a setting issue
~ Defective links, welds or joins
Your warranty begins on the date of purchase.
What’s not covered under warranty:
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear. This includes:
~ Lost items
~ Stretched, bent or broken chains or links
~ Bent rings or misshaped jewellery due to pressure or impact
~ Scratches, dents, or chipped surfaces
~ Damage from exposure to extreme harsh chemicals (like chlorine or cleaning agents)
~ Broken clasps or earring posts caused by mishandling
~ Alterations or repairs not done by EVER
Lifetime Tarnish & Fade Guarantee:
EVER pieces are designed to keep up with your lifestyle. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty against tarnishing or fading. If your piece fades or discolours despite normal use and care, we’ll repair or replace it, simple as that.
How to make a warranty claim:
To lodge a claim, please email hello@wearever.com.au with the following:
~ Your full name
~ Order number
~ Email and phone number used at purchase
~ A brief description of the fault
~ Clear photo or video showing the issue (we’re unable to assess claims without this)
