Shipping Information

Please allow 1 - 2 days for processing of orders. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched and an Australia Post tracking number will be provided. You are then able track the status and delivery time of your parcel. 

Domestic

All orders over $100 will receive free shipping.

The estimated delivery time within Australia is 4 - 6 business days. Regional areas within Australia approximately 8 days.

We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery time frame but occasionally there are delays in transit, as well as peak and promotional periods and public holidays - during which we are unable to guarantee your order will arrive within the expected delivery time frame.

International

All international orders are shipped with a registered service and you will be notified via email of your tracking number once your order is dispatched. 

Approximate international delivery times: (Standard shipping rates apply)

New Zealand: 9 - 12 business days.

United States of America, United Kingdom & Europe: 12 - 15 business days.

All other countries: 12 - 15 business days.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, a parcel pick up note will be left for you, advising you to collect your parcel at your post office with the relevant ID required.
