Shipping Information

Once an order is placed, please allow 1 - 2 days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, where you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number. Here you will be able to track the status and delivery time of your parcel. 

Domestic

All orders over $100 will receive free shipping.

The estimated delivery time within Australia is 4 - 6 business days. Regional areas within Australia could take up to 8 days.

We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery time frame but occasionally there are delays in transit, as well as peak and promotional periods and public holidays - during which we are unable to guarantee your order will arrive within the expected delivery time frame.

International

All international orders are shipped with a registered service and you will be notified via email of your tracking number once your order is dispatched. 

Approximate international delivery times: (Standard shipping rates apply)

New Zealand: 9 - 12 business days.

Rest of the World: 12 - 15 business days.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, a parcel pick up note will be left for you, advising you to collect your parcel at your post office with the relevant ID required.
