EVER proudly stands by our 100% money back guarantee so should our pieces tarnish, discolour or fade, you can return them for a full refund.

However this is not applicable to any accidental breakages.

If the size of our pieces are not as expected, they can also be returned for a full refund.

 

General Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days after the purchase of goods, for an exchange or store credit. 

Please advise our customer care team via email at hello@wearever.com.au immediately.

For a return to be eligible, items must remain in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage as well as returned in original packaging, including the gift box. The proof of purchase is to be provided.

Unless EVER earrings fade, discolour or tarnish, due to hygiene reasons, earrings strictly cannot be returned.

Items on sale, promotional items, free gifts, and mystery items are also non-returnable.

EVER is not responsible for any return shipping costs or parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend using registered mail through Australia Post, to return your item. 

Gift cards can not be exchanged.

 

Faults / Damages

EVER strives to exceed your expectations on quality and precision at all times. However, should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@wearever.com.au stating your order number and supporting photos for assessment.

Items will be thoroughly checked upon return and deemed faulty by us. Where a refund is authorised, we will be in touch via email and funds will be processed via the original method of payment used to place the order (excluding shipping costs). 

Refunds are only issued for faulty items caused by the manufacturing process, subject to assessment by 'EVER' in compliance with consumer law.

Products as a result of general wear and tear and accidental breakage are not regarded as faulty.
